I am Sophia Green, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) and certified Psychedelic Guide. My deepest goal in this work is simple but profound: to help clients remember why they are worthy of love, belonging, and self-trust.
My style is direct, curious, and self-led. I believe therapy works best when it feels honest and alive — not rehearsed or clinical. I bring my full presence into the room and invite you to bring yours, so together we can discover what is ready to be healed, released, or reclaimed.
My path here was shaped by my own struggles and awakenings. I know firsthand what it means to feel disconnected from yourself, and I also know the power of turning inward with courage. That journey continues to inform the way I walk alongside clients who are ready to face their truth and come home to themselves.
In my practice, I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychedelic preparation and integration, and somatic approaches that engage both body and spirit. For those interested in spiritual exploration, I offer work with the Akashic Records and support for understanding unattached burdens and guides within the IFS framework.
ABOUT ME
Creating a safe and grounded therapeutic relationship is always my first priority. If you are unsure what approach is right for you, that’s okay — we will explore together and find the path that best fits your unique needs.
Take a breath. Relax your shoulders. Trust that you are on the right path.
