    Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an approach that sees our mind as made up of different parts. These parts carry various emotions, beliefs, and experiences. The goal is to explore and understand these parts, fostering a harmonious relationship with them. Integrating these parts with our core Self leads to self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.
